Places Leisure is recruiting a Placemaker for our reception and sales team in a lively environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, help prospective members join, and maintain a welcoming first impression.

You’ll be organized, able to multitask, and work with sales tools to meet targets. We offer ongoing training, opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and Manager roles, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment would be beneficial.
• You will be highly organised and thrive on delivering excellent customer service.
• You will be able to multi-task and manage daily operational tasks.
• Sales focused and target driven.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and promote a helpful and welcoming environment.
• In the Placemaker role, participate in training and development opportunities, including Customer Service and Sales learning through training partners.
• Assist with selling memberships and promoting the benefits of physical activity to members and visitors.
