Job summary

The Premier League is recruiting a Content Manager to lead the PL+ service from London. You will craft the editorial vision, manage a team of contributors, and ensure high-quality, audience-first content across live, on-demand and freemium offerings.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing and Production to align with the PL+ strategy. You will drive release strategies, harness customer insights, and shape the platform’s ongoing build with CMS and workflows, while working in a hybrid model

• Experience developing and curating high-impact content and media channels.
• Strong creative eye with an appreciation of brand and imagery.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple work streams.
• Understanding of rights frameworks and copyright implications.

Responsibilities

• Set the Editorial vision and strategy for Premier League +.
• Lead a team of contributors responsible for curation across the season.
• Ensure content quality for premium live, on demand and freemium formats.
• Identify opportunities to grow Premier League + content proposition.
• Harness insight and audience data to maximise experience and retention.
• Collaborate with content and product teams on platform design and workflows.
• Work with marketing teams to maximise promotion of Premier League +.
• Contribute to internal communications and stakeholder management.
• Perform QA to uphold the Premier League’s standards.
• Monitor industry trends to guide future direction.
