Job summary

Pizza Pilgrims in the UK is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead pizza memories, own P&L, recruitment and internal development, stock control, team training and rigorous audits across our busy sites.

You’ll develop the team, drive guest experience and business planning while upholding our values. We’re opening four pizzerias this year and next, offering salary up to £47,500 plus tron and bonus, 45 hours a week, extra holiday perks and plenty of pizza perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing P&L and leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to recruit, develop staff and drive internal progression.
• Strong stock control, inventory and cost management.
• Lead health and safety, food quality and audit processes.
• Experience using guest feedback to improve operations.
• Proven ability to plan and report on business performance.

Responsibilities
