Job summary

PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited is seeking a commercial leader to run a Pizzeria day-to-day, drive sales, and build strong links with the local community. You’ll lead a multichannel operation, inspire your team, and deliver KPI results through effective people management.

As a hands-on manager with hospitality experience, you’ll uphold quality and safety standards, recruit and train staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a customer facing sector, ideally hospitality.
• A natural leader, able to create and motivate a high performing team.
• Exceptional P&L management skills.
• Autonomous and responsible.
