Domino’s stores are operated by independent franchisees and this Instore Team Member role sits at the heart of the store, crafting pizzas and ensuring every customer leaves happy. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced team, learning new skills and supporting all store operations.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you’ll develop quickly in a supportive environment with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and side items to Domino’s high standards.
• Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties.
• Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events).
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
