Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
• Knowledge of food handling, COSHH and HACCP is desirable.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the food & beverage team maintaining cleanliness.
• Process food & drink orders and customer payments.
• Service food and beverages to tables.

Skills

Excellent customer and client awareness

Confident individual with good communication skills

Experience within a catering environment

Full clean UK driving licence

Bar and or Barista experience desirable
