Job summary

Franco Manca in Windsor is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, deliver high-quality sourdough pizzas and dishes, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

You will inspire your team, maintain high food standards, manage stock and hygiene, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to provide an exceptional guest experience and maintain Franco Manca’s pizza-making tradition.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cooking and pizza preparation.
• Strong organisational and supervisory abilities.

• £14.40 – 18.40 per hour OTE (including service charge and delivery bonus - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)

• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service and an exceptional experience for every guest.
