Join Our Roman Pizzeria Team in London!

We’re more than just a pizzeria — we’re a slice of Rome right here in London! Specializing in authentic Roman-style pizzas, appetizers, and desserts, we craft each dish with love, tradition, and the finest ingredients, using a wood-fired oven. If you’re passionate about pizza and eager to be part of something special, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Master the traditional 'al mattarello' technique, hand-rolling dough for thin, crispy Roman crusts.
2. Create classic Roman pizza recipes, ensuring flavor, authenticity, and consistency.
3. Manage our wood-fired oven to achieve the perfect crispy base.
4. Collaborate with the team to prepare Roman appetizers and desserts.
5. Maintain high-quality ingredients by working with trusted suppliers.
6. Keep the kitchen clean and adhere to hygiene standards.
7. Contribute creative seasonal specials inspired by Roman cuisine.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, especially with Roman-style pizza (bonus points!).
• Skill in 'al mattarello' dough-rolling technique.
• Confidence in handling a wood-fired oven.
• Deep love and understanding of Roman ingredients and traditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food.
• Ability to work professionally in a lively, fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute creatively to our menu.
