Your day to day:

• Craft and knead artisanal pizza doughs
• Oversee ingredient preparation by the pizza team (cleaning vegetables, preparing sauces, and toppings)
• Mentor and train newly hired pizza team members
• Oversee and execute customer pizza orders
• Handcraft pizzas and expertly bake them in the oven
• Maintain a pristine kitchen, oven, and utensils, adhering to HACCP regulations
• Perform skilled acrobatic pizza spinning to enhance customer experience
