What You’ll Do and learn:

• Hand-roll dough and open it with “al mattarello” for perfectly thin, crispy crusts.
• Work the wood-fired oven like a pro.
• Prepare delicious Roman pizzas.
• Keep the kitchen spotless and full of good vibes.
• Collaborate, create, and suggest new seasonal specials.
