We have an exciting opportunity for a Pitch/Bid Specialist to join our Marketing team in Belfast.

About the Team

Our Belfast Pitch Team is part of the Global Business Development, Marketing & Communications function. We work across the globe to strengthen client relationships, win new mandates, and position the firm as a thought leader among elite law firms.

Role purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pitch/Bid Specialist to work collaboratively with members of our global BD team, and play a key role in supporting our business to win new mandates. The successful candidate will play a hands‑on role in strategizing and delivering compelling client‑focused proposals and credential statements, that are produced to the highest standard within agreed deadlines.

What you will do
  • Produce proposals, pitch presentations, and credential statements to the highest standards.
  • Develop persuasive messaging and client‑specific value propositions.
  • Edit and refine content and design for bids and tenders.
  • Become an expert in key practice areas and pitch technology tools.
  • Maintain pitch resources and support wider BD initiatives.
What you will have
  • 1-2 years' experience in bids/proposals (in a B2B services firm preferred).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and design awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive learner with strong client focus.
  • Knowledge of a law firm and relevant product areas would be advantageous.
