Job summary

Genting Casinos UK Limited is hiring an experienced pit boss to ensure fair play, compliance with all licensing requirements, and high standards of customer service. You will support the management team, enforce policies, and coach staff to achieve productivity goals while maintaining security and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires a Personal Functional License (PFL) and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold Personal Functional License (PFL).
• Experience in casino gaming compliance is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to meet performance targets.
• Positive, adaptable attitude to change and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Gambling Act 2005, LCCP, and licensing conditions.
• Support management to uphold procedures, security, and customer care standards.
• Coach employees, evaluate knowledge, and promote productivity.

Are you an experienced pit boss looking for a new opportunity? Are you dedicated to ensuring the games are played fairly and accurately?

We have a vacancy for a pit boss to join our team, you will be supporting the management team ensuring full compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation. You will also be responsible for making sure the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer care are delivered in your area.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Full compliance with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines, licensing conditions and codes of practice (LCCP).
• Fully aware of all social responsibility protocols and procedures.
• Ensure all gaming activity complies with company policy and procedures.
• Provide employees with clear and concise instructions and effectively evaluate their knowledge and understanding.
• Positive and flexible approach to change management initiatives to effectively improve business performance and maintain a competitive edge.
• Coach employees to meet the organisation’s expectations of productivity and goal accomplishment.
• To ensure all employees deliver exceptional levels of customer service
• An effective team player
• Personal Functional License (PFL) required.
• Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
