Piping Supervisor - Leeds (Immediate Start)

Location: Leeds

Rate: £35.00 per hour

Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Duration: Approx. 5 months

LRL Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to join our client on a large-scale industrial power station project in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor with a strong mechanical background to oversee and support the installation of complex piping systems on a major industrial site.

Role Overview

As a Piping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of Pipefitters and Welders, ensuring all pipework installation and associated activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site-based mechanical teams throughout the project.
• Oversee the installation of pipework ranging from ½ inch through to 18 inch (Carbon and Steel).
• Ensure correct torquing of flanges and installation of valves to engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality and safety checks across all ongoing work.
• Liaise with the project management team to ensure work progresses in line with project schedules.
• Maintain compliance with all site safety and environmental procedures.
