A leading engineering company in Irvine is looking for an experienced Piping Field Engineer for a long-term project in Ayrshire. The ideal candidate should have experience in producing work packs, overseeing pressure testing, and answering engineering queries. CCNSG/CSCS/SSSTS certification is essential. Responsibilities include supervising tasks on site and ensuring efficient project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pipefitter with a strong background in construction completion and testing.
• Ability to oversee pressure testing and produce comprehensive work packs.
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Piping Field Engineering tasks on site.
• Produce and manage work packs efficiently.
• Answer engineering queries and assist in snagging.

Job description

BMS require an experienced Piping Field Engineer for a long‑term project in Ayrshire commencing immediately.

You will have experience in producing work packs, answering engineering queries, snagging, overseeing pressure testing, etc.

The candidates for this would ideally be a pipefitter by trade, with previous experience in construction completion, testing, etc. Some supervisory experience would be an advantage.
