A leading infrastructure services provider in the UK is seeking an individual to support engineering tasks and comply with company standards. Candidates must have a trade-specific Level 3 qualification and relevant assessor and verifier qualifications. Execution: Build a basic understanding of company-wide and discipline codes, standards and working practices in order to perform basic engineering tasks in line with Business Operating Procedures (BOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Provide a support service as required by the Project Engineering Manager or Project Manager in the provision of quality and timely technical outputs. Governance: Comply with national laws/regulations and adhere to company-wide & discipline BOPs and WIs to act in line with standardised working practices. Innovation: Be aware of the need for development innovation at more senior levels and begin to build an awareness of expectations in this area in order to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Communication: Understand the need for and begin to build up a basic internal relationship network in order to leverage expertise, influence decision making and satisfy requirements. People Development: Take accountability for their own personal Professional Development Record as part of Altrad's talent management ethos.
