Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, chilled water, and domestic service pipework systems.
  • Carry out installation works within boiler rooms and plant areas, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
  • Perform jointing and connection work using a range of methods, including soldering, press-fit, screwed iron, and other mechanical systems.
  • Work independently when required, while contributing effectively within a team-based environment.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with relevant regulations, project specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to coordinate project activities.
  • Maintain a professional approach to health, safety, and site conduct at all times.

  • Demonstrable experience working within boiler rooms and plant environments.
  • Strong understanding of distribution pipework systems, including chilled water, heating, and domestic services.
  • Valid CSCS card (essential).

Working Conditions
  • Based primarily in Bristol and across the South West, with occasional travel to projects in and around London.
  • Standard working hours, with overtime opportunities available.
  • Willingness to work additional hours or weekends when required to meet project deadlines.
