Job summary

1st Step Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Pipefitter for a short-term assignment in Barnstaple, North Devon (EX31). Start date Monday 21/09. Hours are 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an expected duration of 2–3 weeks.

Experience with Mapress and dismantling boilers is essential. The role involves plant room works, assembling boilers on a jig, and fitting 2.5 inch Mapress joints with pumps. A JIB/Skill/CSCS card is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mapress piping and boiler work.
• CSCS or JIB card required on site.
• Pipefitter with competent fitting and dismantling skills.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle boiler and install/assemble Mapress joints.
• Fit 2.5 inch Mapress and pump in plant room.
