An excellent opportunity for an experienced Pipe Fitter to join a well-established company

Job Type

Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary

£16.00 - £18.00 Per Hour, (£33,280 - £37,440 Per Annum), Depending on Experience.

Location

Liversedge, West Yorkshire, WF15.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday 8.5 Hour Shift, Friday 6 Hour Shift (40 Hours Per Week).

About The Company

Established in 1974, based in West Yorkshire, the company provide expert mechanical service installation solutions nationwide.

They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pipe Fitter to join their team.

Role & Requirements

The vacancy is a full-time, permanent, PAYE position, for an experienced Pipe Fitter. Work will be based predominantly within a 30 miles radius of Liversedge, however you may be required to travel to various sites around the UK on occasion, workload dependent.

Previous experience within the Industrial sector is essential. The candidate will have the ability to read isometric drawings and P&IDs. They will also have a strong understanding of pipework routes and the ability to measure confidently.

Duties
  • Install and assemble carbon steel and stainless steel pipe systems according to specifications
  • Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools
  • Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading
  • Install pipe hangers and supports to ensure proper alignment and elevation
  • Inspect and test installed pipe systems for leaks and functionality
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine pipe layouts.
