Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Hybrid Functional Assessors in Reading to evaluate claimants' health and work capabilities. Roles involve remote work with in-office days, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or night shifts.

Training provided leading to assessments by phone and in person with DWP reporting responsibilities. The package includes a starting salary of £47,000 with potential to reach £51,000 by month 12, plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits.

• Active registration for at least 1 year.
• Strong communication and reporting skills required.

Salary:

PIP Functional Assessor (3 assessments per day) - £47,000 - £51,000 by the end of the first 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Role Overview:

• Conduct Assessments:Evaluate claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face-to-face assessments.
• Review Evidence:analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
• Compile Reports:Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Training Program:

Successful candidates will complete a 12-week comprehensive training program covering (amongst other things):

• Assessment Techniques:Best practices for accurate evaluations.
• DWP Guidelines:Requirements and guidelines of the Department for Work and Pensions.
• Report Writing:Skills for detailed and objective reporting.
