DAIU are seeking a motivated PIP 2 Investigator to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex and sensitive investigations, working closely with victims and partner agencies to deliver high‑quality, victim‑focused outcomes. If you are passionate about safeguarding, achieving justice and making a real difference to those affected by domestic abuse, please consider this position.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide audience.
  • Proven analytical and decision‑making skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to travel across the Force and work flexibly; a full driving licence is essential due to unsocial hours and lone‑working considerations.
  • Qualified PIP 2 and domestic abuse experience preferred; PIP 1 staff will also be considered.
