Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd is recruiting a Piling Supervisor for immediate on-site duties at Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. The role focuses on supervising piling operations, ensuring safety and project compliance, and coordinating the piling team on a large-scale CFA piling project.

You will work with a specialist piling crew, managing daily activities, monitoring productivity, and upholding health and safety standards throughout the works.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card holder is required.
• Experience supervising piling operations on construction sites.
• Knowledge of CFA piling methods and ground engineering works.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and practices on site.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a piling team on-site.
• Polymer experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job description

Discipline: Piling Supervisor

Location: Stanford-le-Hope - Essex

Starting: Immediate

Duration: Up To 6 Months

Hours: 7:00am - 19:00pm

PAYE Pay Rates:

Monday - Friday £25.00 + £3.00 Holiday Pay = £28.00 per hour

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd are currently recruiting for aPiling Supervisorfor ongoing work on a large-scale project in Stanford-le-Hope.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising piling operations on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements. Duties will include overseeing the piling team, coordinating daily activities, monitoring productivity and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

The role will involve working alongside a specialist piling team carrying outCFA piling and associated ground engineering works.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience supervising piling operations
• Strong knowledge of CFA piling
• Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
• Ability to lead and coordinate a piling team
• Polymer experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
