Job summary

PRG (The Piling Recruitment Group) is seeking experienced Piling Rig Operators to work with clients on major construction projects across the UK. The role is agency-based, offering flexible, varied assignments while providing long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities include operating rigs, performing safety checks, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining rigs. CPCS tickets and a strong safety mindset are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a piling rig operator.
• Valid CPCS A45/A46/A47/A48 tickets.
• Solid understanding of piling operations and rig maintenance.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently on site.
• Carry out daily checks and basic maintenance of rig equipment.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate piling operations.
• Handle rig setup, movement and site preparation.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and RAMS.
• Report issues, damage or maintenance needs promptly.
