About the Role

We are recruiting skilled Pile Driver Operators with proven experience operating Bauer BG series rigs (BG30‑BG55) for international foundation and infrastructure projects. This role involves working on major construction, civil engineering, and deep foundation sites in Australia and Saudi Arabia. Candidates with additional experience as heavy equipment technicians are highly desirable, as the role includes supporting basic troubleshooting and assisting maintenance teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Bauer BG30‑BG55 piling rigs safely and efficiently for deep foundation works.
  • Perform drilling, piling, and related ground engineering tasks according to project specifications.
  • Conduct pre‑start checks, monitor rig performance, and identify operational issues.
  • Assist with equipment adjustments, minor repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and safety teams to maintain safe and productive operations.
  • Maintain accurate operational logs and follow all site and regulatory requirements.
  • Support rig mobilisation/demobilisation across project sites.
Requirements
  • Proven experience operating Bauer BG series piling rigs (BG30‑BG55) – essential.
  • Background or hands‑on experience as a heavy equipment technician or mechanic – preferred.
  • Strong understanding of piling operations, drilling techniques, and rig safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in demanding climates and remote project locations.

  • Willingness to work on 1‑2 year international contracts.
