Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Finance Systems / Reporting Developer to join a growing FP&A team. The role focuses on adopting and enhancing the Pigment AI platform, integrating with D365 Business Central, and delivering high-quality planning, forecasting and reporting across the business.

You will work at the early stage of Pigment adoption, partnering with Finance and Data teams to build planning models, dashboards and analytics, while driving automation and data governance to improve

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting as BI Developer or IT Finance Systems Analyst.
• Experience with enterprise planning solutions such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPBCS, SAP Analytics Cloud, TM1 or similar.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, SQL/Python coding desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving finance processes through systems or automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance financial planning models within Pigment.
• Build scalable solutions to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Ensure planning models are accurate, efficient and well documented.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with FP&A Manager/Commercial Finance Team to understand planning and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective planning solutions.
• Support Finance teams throughout budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Provide recommendations for improving planning processes and model design.
