Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join Haven Male PICU as a Clinical Team Leader. You will operate in a dual clinical and leadership capacity, supporting the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to male PICU patients.

Leadership duties include staff supervision, guiding care planning, and contributing to service development.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with registration to practice in the UK.
• Experience in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake Violence and Aggression prevention course.

Responsibilities

• Carry a dual clinical and leadership role as deputy to the Ward Manager.
• Support, supervise and manage ward staff at all levels.
• Lead in delivering local and national outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.
