Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Picker/PPT Driver for a client based in Wigan. You will move, unload and store goods and train on the PPT Truck to pick customer orders. The role is indoors in a busy distribution centre.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts. The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour. Prior PPT driving or warehouse experience is preferred, and you should be able to work well alone or in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous PPT driving experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Good eye for detail.
• Able to work alone or in a team.

The duties and responsibilities as a Picker/PPT Driver are:

• Moving, unloading and storing goods
• Training on the PPT Truck to pick customer orders
• Using handheld scanners to collect and pick orders
• Despatch of customer orders
• Working as a replenishment work (ensuring stock levels are maintained)
• Work will be carried out indoors in a busy distribution centre

The ideal candidate for a Picker/PPT Driver would require:

• Previous experience working on as a PPT Driver (preferred)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Good eye for detail
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
