Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group in Bournemouth is seeking an energetic Picker to start immediately. You will join a busy warehouse team, with on-site training and guaranteed temporary work through to Christmas.

Choose your shifts: 8:30–17:30 or 12:00–21:00, with weekend overtime up to £15.80 per hour. You will cover ground, pick orders with handheld scanners, and contribute to a supportive, safety-first team.

Qualifications

• Picking experience in warehouse/logistics is ideal but not essential.
• High energy and enjoyment of an active role that keeps you on your feet.
• A sharp eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual, available for shift patterns until Christmas.
• Confidence with manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer orders from around the warehouse using pick lists or handheld scanners.
• Find the right products in storage areas quickly and accurately.
• Double-check quantities and condition before orders are passed to packing.
• Cover ground across the site during each shift.
• Keep your area neat, organized and hazard-free.
• Work safely at all times and wear the PPE provided.

An immediate start as a Picker in Bournemouth, with temporary work lined up until Christmas.

Full training is on offer, and you'll be part of a welcoming team on site from your very first day.

Ideal if you enjoy being on the go, as no two hours of your shift will be spent standing still.

• Covering plenty of ground across the site throughout each shift


• Keeping your area neat, organised and hazard-free


• Working safely at all times and wearing the PPE provided

As a Picker, your experience will include:

• Picking experience within warehouse or logistics would be ideal, although it isn't essential


• Plenty of energy and enjoyment of an active role that keeps you on your feet


• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right


• Being dependable and on time, and available for one of the shift patterns until Christmas


• Confidence with manual handling


• Reliable travel to and from the Bournemouth Airport area
