Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a dedicated colleague to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded across store duties, from filling shelves to tills, stock control and deliveries. Every task matters in delivering fast, friendly service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate picking and dispatch of goods by picking against a hand held terminal and informing the Manager of any differences.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite when dealing with delivery staff and respond to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to someone who can help.

Sunday: 06:00 - 15:00 Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
