Job summary

Catering is seeking Temporary Production Operatives / Pick Packers for an immediate start with a leading fresh produce business in the United Kingdom. This full-time role offers weekly pay and full training to help you settle in quickly.

If you’re reliable, hardworking and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll rotate between the Packhouse and Glasshouse performing a range of production and packing duties while maintaining food hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous pick packing or production operative experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to follow health & safety and food hygiene procedures.

• Picking and packing fresh produce.
• Packing tomatoes and cucumbers into trays and containers.
• Quality checking products before dispatch.

Temporary Production Operative / Pick Packer Immediate Starts

We’re recruiting Production Operatives / Pick Packers for an immediate start with a leading fresh produce business. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity offering full-time hours, weekly pay and full training.

Pay

£12.71 per hour

Working Hours

7:00am 2:45pm
Monday to Friday
15-minute morning break (unpaid)
30-minute lunch break (unpaid)
Opportunities for earlier start and finish times depending on business needs

The Role

you’ll rotate between the Packhouse and Glasshouse, carrying out a variety of production and pick packing duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous pick packing, production operative, warehouse, factory, food production, or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willing to follow health & safety and food hygiene procedures
