Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in London is seeking a Professional Indemnity Solicitor (Construction Disputes) with 8+ PQE to join a leading top-tier practice. You will defend construction professionals and advise insurers on coverage matters, handling matters from inception to resolution.

You will work alongside Partners, supervise junior fee earners, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Insurance Disputes team within a national practice.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value claims with strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Experience in leading private practice, major insurer or MGA environments is advantageous.
• Experience advising insurers on construction coverage matters.

Responsibilities

• Defend construction professionals in high-value professional indemnity claims.
• Advise insurers on construction-related coverage matters and manage matters from inception to resolution.
• Supervise and develop junior fee earners and build strong client relationships.
