• Strong defendant EL/PL litigation experience.
• Interest in regulatory law, product liability or inquest work.
• Collaborative and ambitious with multi-disciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track and catastrophic injury matters
• Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategy
• Support senior lawyers on HSE investigations, product law and inquests
• Contribute to client care and case strategy across personal injury and regulatory matters
