Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join a specialist professional indemnity team in London. The role involves managing a varied caseload of professional indemnity claims, advising on insurance and litigation strategy, and working closely with policyholders, insurers and other stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes.

You will handle cases from inception to resolution, maintain accurate records, and contribute to high-quality claims management for SRA and FCA regulated

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance and litigation processes.
• Excellent analytical and case management skills.
• Confident communicator and negotiator.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and strong professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution.
• Act for SRA and FCA regulated professionals.
• Advise on insurance law, contract law, and litigation strategy.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties.
• Maintain accurate case records using relevant systems.
• Deliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomes.
