Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of fast-track ex-portal EL/PL claims.
• Handle cases from instruction through to trial.
• Issue and serve proceedings, respond to defences, and deal with interim applications.
• Identify cases needing transfer due to complexity or value.
