Carpenters Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Personal Injury Advocate to represent clients across the firm’s legal departments. You will handle proceedings, provide expert advice, conduct research, and draft necessary documents while contributing to advocacy training for trainees and advisers.
You will work closely with the Legal Training Department to expand advocacy services, attract new clients, and uphold high standards of professional conduct across practice areas.
As a Personal Injury Advocate, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring the provision of high-quality advocacy services. You will handle cases within all the firm's Legal Departments, including Stage 3 hearings, Infant Settlement hearings, CMCs, CCMCs, and directions hearings. Your role will also involve exploring and expanding the firm's advocacy services to attract new clients. Providing advice, conducting research, performing analysis, and drafting documents as needed are essential aspects of this position. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and delivery of advocacy training for trainee solicitors and other legal advisers, working closely with the Legal Training Department
