Bupa’s Wingham Court Care Home in Claygate is recruiting a Physiotherapist to deliver specialist rehabilitation and recovery care for adults aged 18 to 70 with neurological needs. Join a dedicated team in a 40-hour, Monday–Friday role that emphasises person-centred care and collaborative treatment planning.

You will maintain clinical records, assess patient progress, and adapt plans as needed, while supporting residents, carers and staff with clear communication and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.
• CSP membership is required.
• Experience with clients with complex needs.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care management with bespoke clinical programmes.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatments as required.
• Communicate clearly with residents, carers and staff.
• Maintain clinical records and handle enquiries promptly.
• Deliver a reliable, coordinated rehabilitation physiotherapy service.

Shift Pattern:8 am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

You’ll help us make health happen by:

Working at ourcare home that providesspecialist and recovery care for the young and physically disabled/specialistneurological rehabilitationcare for 18 to 70-year-olds.

You’ll:

• Provide therapeutic care management for residents by delivering bespoke clinical management programmes
• Evaluate progress; reassessing and altering treatments asrequired
• Providing support and communication in an understandable way to residents,carersand other staff members
• Completing any admin duties such asmaintainingclinical records and dealing with enquiriesin a timely manner
• Delivering a reliable, co-ordinated rehabilitation physiotherapy team and service

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• A naturally caring individual, who holds a degree in Physiotherapy, a HCPC Registration and a CSP membership
• Experience of working with clients with complex needs
• An effective communicator, with theability to lead, mentor and supervise a team in a complex therapy setting, always looking tomake a difference to people’s lives
