We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Physiotherapy Administrator to support the smooth operational running of our Physiotherapy Department in Woking hospital. In this vital role, you'll be a key member of our team, providing essential administrative support that enables our clinical staff to focus on what they do best: delivering outstanding patient care. As our Physiotherapy Administrator you will:

  • Deliver high quality administrative support across three clinical sites, utilising our electronic patient booking and notes systems
  • Manage appointment scheduling, telephone enquiries, and billing processes efficiently and professionally
  • Oversee equipment ordering, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure regular cleaning and management of supplies and clinical equipment
  • Attend and actively contribute to planning and safety meetings as required
  • Previous experience in administrative or healthcare support roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks across different locations
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of healthcare or clinical environments (desirable but not essential)
