Job summary

We're hiring: Associate Therapist (Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist)

Ashford, Kent – clinic and home visits across Kent

[Salary / sessional rate based on Experince ]

Kingsnorth Neuro Physiotherapy is a specialist service providing neurological, vestibular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation across Ashford and Kent. We treat stroke, MS, Parkinson's, MND, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and complex neuro-MSK presentations.

Our patients report 99% satisfaction and an average improvement of over 75% in their outcomes. We work closely with GPs and consultants, and we use structured outcome measures and emerging neuro-technology to support recovery.

The role

• Comprehensive neuro, vestibular and MSK assessments
• Individualised, evidence-based rehab plans with patient-agreed goals
• Balance, gait, vestibular and functional mobility interventions
• Standardised outcome measures to track progress
• Working with GPs, consultants, case managers, families and carers
• Clear, timely clinical records and reports
• Helping to bring neuro-technology into everyday practice

What you'll need

• Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
• Post-registration experience in neuro rehab (stroke, MS, Parkinson's, MND, ABI, SCI)
• Competence in MSK and vestibular assessment and treatment
• Strong clinical reasoning in complex presentations
• Full UK driving licence and a vehicle insured for business use
• Commitment to CPD, ethical practice and safeguarding

Nice to have

• Community or private neuro rehab experience in the UK
• Experience with neuro-technology or insurer/case-managed patients
