A local NHS Trust in Cornwall is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join its Complex Care and Dementia inpatient services. The ideal candidate will hold a Physiotherapy degree, be HCPC registered, and have experience in complex care or inpatient settings. You will provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Complex Care and Dementia inpatient services at Garner Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to patients with complex needs, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for patients within the unit. Formulate and implement individualised treatment plans as an autonomous practitioner. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Doctors, Nursing staff, and Occupational Therapists. Focus on medical conditions and falls prevention, ensuring safe and effective care.
