Job summary

Doncaster Royal Infirmary’s Critical Care and Surgery Physiotherapy team invites an innovative physiotherapist to join on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will manage your own caseload, deliver high quality care to complex patients, and support development of team members within the MDT.

You will contribute to audit, staff supervision and service improvement, support education of staff and students, and be involved in governance and clinical effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience across clinical specialties.
• Audit, staff supervision and development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and deliver high quality care to complex patients.
• Support development of other team members within the MDT.
• Involve in audit, staff supervision and service improvement.
