CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services -CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting!

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our in-patient Intermediate care general rehabilitation service at West Hertfordshire. We are looking for a band 5 Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy team and wider MDT at St.Peter's unit, Hemel Hempstead Hospital, Hemel Hempstead.

This is a service for the rehabilitation of adults presenting with a range of physical dysfunction/or disabilities resulting from injury, illness, surgery or chronic disease. The majority of the patients are referred from an acute hospital and some may be referred from the community settings and establishments.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team, who has the passion and skills for delivering, and maintaining in the team, a high standard of rehabilitation. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Dietitian, Rehabilitation Assistants, Speech and Language therapists and Social Workers.

There is a potential to turn this role in to a rotational post in the near future.
