Job Summary

Are you a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist looking for a flexible opportunity to top up your current hours or try something new in a new environment? We offer flexible working hours on our bank across urgent care and inpatient wards to suit your current lifestyle, as we know work/life balance is important. We are particularly looking for physiotherapists to support our weekend service across urgent care and medical wards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.
  • Plan and prioritise your own patient caseload, working with the support of a senior member of staff. Supervision takes the form of regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessions and peer review.
  • Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care across the seven‑day service and participate in the on‑call rota for adults, children and young people as the service requires.

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is part of the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN) and you may be required to work across both the Kettering and Northampton hospital sites, depending on the needs of the service.
