A leading educational institution in Greater London is looking for a dedicated Teacher of Physics to join their team in Brent starting January 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to KS5 students. Essential qualifications include QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification and strong communication skills. A dedicated and dynamic teacher of secondary science is required to teach Physics to KS5 at an excellent secondary school in the Borough of Brent.
The Science department at this very high achieving school currently consists of 10 full‑time teachers and four technical staff. The subject is taught in eight well‑equipped laboratories, each with the facility for data projection. There is also a large department office with photocopying and printing facilities as well as plenty of storage for the department's resources.
All members of staff are provided with laptops.
The successful candidate will be a Physics specialist expected to plan and prepare lessons for KS3–KS4 General Science with KS5 Physics.
