Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Physician Assistant specialized in OB/GYN to join our outpatient OB/GYN clinics serving Cambridge, Revere and Somerville. The PA will work in collaboration with a team of physicians, delivering care for urgent OB/GYN visits, routine GYN, LARC procedures, obstetric visits and post‑op follow ups.

This is a full‑time, day‑time position with no nights, weekends or holidays and no on‑call requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OB/GYN experience or strong interest in Women's Health.
• Eligible to practice as a Physician Assistant in the U.S.
• Experience in outpatient OB/GYN settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in outpatient OB/GYN clinics in collaboration with MDs.
• Deliver care including urgent OB/GYN visits, routine GYN, LARC insertion/removal, and obstetric visits.
• Operate within the Epic EMR system and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is an award-winning public healthcare system recognized for clinical and academic innovations. Our system consists of three campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Metro North Region. CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.

• Incoming OB/GYN PA will work independently in collaboration with a team of MDs in an outpatient setting in our OB/GYN clinics - locations include Cambridge, Revere and Somerville
• PA will deliver care in the OB/GYN clinic including urgent OB and GYN visits, routine GYN, LARC insertion and removal, post op visits, routine and Obstetric visits
• Full time days, No nights/weekends/holidays
• No call required
• Teaching opportunities are available as well as involvement with ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Fully integrated EMR (Epic)
• Physician Assistants with experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology are encouraged to apply

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of OB/GYN experience and/or strong interest in Women's Health. Candidates must have a strong desire to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population, as well as be mission driven and possess excellent clinical skills.
