Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, balance, neuro, and pelvic floor.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinic support staff.
• Build strong relationships with patients and referral partners.
