Job summary

North-PB is seeking a Physical Security Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of safety and security system projects in London & South. You will oversee planning, scoping, and execution, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of VMS, access control, video analytics and integrated safety systems across live environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex Safety & Security infrastructure projects across multiple sites or regions.
• Experience with design, integration, and deployment of physical security systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan scope, objectives and timelines with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of safety/security systems across sites, coordinating internal teams and third parties.
• Monitor progress, budget, risks and quality; manage scope changes with formal change control.
• Deliver handover with sign-off and lead post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
