Job summary

Bristol City Women is seeking a Physical Performance Coach to join our Performance Services team, maximising players' physical capabilities, reducing injury risk, and enhancing on-pitch performance through planning, delivery, and monitoring of strength & conditioning programmes.

You will plan, programme and deliver development warmups, and oversee individualised pre-activation and S&C programmes aligned to match demands, in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in football or another high-performance sporting environment.
• Accomplished Strength and Conditioning Coach with focus on performance.

• Are an accomplished Strength and Conditioning Coach who is eager to influence performance and drive success.
• Thrive in challenging environments and are passionate about helping women's football reach new heights.
• Have experience working in a multi disciplinary team.
