As a PHP Tech Lead, you will take charge of architecting, developing, and enhancing a high-impact SaaS platform that supports millions of users globally. You will guide and mentor a team of developers, driving technical excellence while ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable web applications. Accountabilities

• Lead development of scalable, high‑quality PHP (Laravel) applications that support creator platforms and online payment systems.

• Facilitate architectural discussions and ensure alignment on technical direction across the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and maintaining code quality.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and query optimization for performance.
• Proficiency in automated testing (unit, feature, integration) for transaction‑heavy applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to propose creative and secure technical solutions.
