We're looking for a skilled PHP Developer with strong backend experience in Symfony and third‑party integrations to join our team. You’ll work closely with the Lead Developer and collaborate across teams to deliver high‑quality, testable code that drives our projects forward. This is a Hybrid role based at Barton‑upon‑Humber, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read, understand, and deliver on development tickets.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, technical refinement, and sprint planning.
  • Write modular, test‑driven code with a focus on quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with testing and staging teams to ensure smooth releases.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency with Composer, Git, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of React or other frontend frameworks, Web Components, TypeScript, LESS/SASS
  • Experience with PHPUnit, PlayWright, Jenkins, Docker, and PHPStan
  • Experience with PHP 8 and MySQL is preferred
