SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a versatile web developer to design and maintain scalable web applications for our client portfolio.

You will work in London with an outsourced team in India, contributing across the full stack and ensuring secure, responsive user experiences. The role requires hands-on experience with Laravel, API integrations, and modern frontend technologies, plus the ability to collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Knowledge of web development across the full stack lifecycle.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable web applications.
• Attention to security and data protection.
• Ability to translate designs into functional UI across multiple platforms.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers, including offshore teams.

This role will be part of the development team building and maintaining my client's business but also client web sites. The candidate must have knowledge in all stages of software development and will work alongside their developers in London and also with their outsourced team in India as required collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our platforms and applications

Responsibilities:

• Design overall architecture of the web application.
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to design and launch new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organisation.
• Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Knowledge of Laravel essential along with API integration
• Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
• Experience of UAT process
• Knowledge of code versioning tools would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the DUDA platform would be an advantage
