Job summary

ASG International is seeking a Photography Project Manager to coordinate campaigns for leading brands. You’ll turn briefs into production plans, manage crews, budgets and schedules, and ensure assets meet technical specs from concept to delivery.

Hybrid working in Manchester offers collaboration with Creative Directors, photographers and retouchers, while safeguarding the creative ambition and client satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography production, creative project management or shoot production.
• A good understanding of what it takes to plan and deliver a successful photoshoot.
• Confidence coordinating photographers, retouchers, creatives and external suppliers.
• Strong budget management and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Turning creative briefs into clear production plans, schedules and budgets.
• Bringing together the right crew, equipment, locations and suppliers.
• Managing shoot logistics, access and photography or filming permits.
• Keeping clients, creatives and production teams informed throughout.
• Managing costs, forecasts and margins while protecting the creative ambition.
• Anticipating challenges around weather, locations and deadlines—and finding solutions.
• Overseeing retouching, feedback, quality checks and final sign-off.
• Making sure final assets meet technical specifications and are organised for delivery.
• Supporting pitches and helping showcase the team’s photography capabilities.

• Take projects from the first brief through to the final polished assets.
